How does it all work?  

  1. Pre-qualification - We will do a pre‑qualifying check to ensure your home is suitable for short-term rental and MadeComfy.
  2. Pricing and property assessment - Once qualified, we assess your property's rental potential and provide a detailed analysis of how your property could perform.
  3. Photography and listing - Afterwards, we arrange a professional photography and styling session before listing your property on multiple platforms as well as advertising it through MadeComfy's own network to guarantee high reach.
  4. Guest communication and rental optimisation - Our 24/7 guest communication team makes sure that guests get a 5-star experience and our dynamic pricing optimisation tool ensures high rental yields and occupancy.

We take care of everything to ensure your home and your guests are well looked after from booking management to check-out inspection, housekeeping and maintenance.

We also provide premium hotel quality cleaning, linen, towels and amenities as well as offer same day check-in and check-out for our guests.

When your property is first onboarded, we'll take professional photos to showcase its best features and write a great listing that will get bookings on Airbnb.

We also ensure your property is properly maintained and will coordinate for repairs when necessary. In addition to continual visual inspections between each clean, we also perform create a preventative maintenance schedule for each property to take care of major items such as air-conditioners, swimming pools and gardens.

 

Can I use my property between guest bookings? 

Yes, we support allowing you block out your property's calendar on dates that guests have not already booked so you can stay and use the property when you need to. This can easily be done via your MadeComfy dashboard.
