This month, we extend a very warm welcome to our newest member of MadeComfy who will take our customer service to the next level, Namrata Agarwal! Namrata joined us as the Head of Customer Service and will be spearheading our host experience team with a strong customer experience strategy that will infuse through all aspects of our customer interactions, our trainings and our culture.
Namrata is an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high quality customer outcomes. Her valuable skills and experience began with AAPT and AGL back in 2001, and she has since been working across different industries - from banking to telecommunications to energy and more recently education, to accumulate a rich experience in Business Process, Customer Service and Strategic Planning. With each role that she assumed, Namrata displayed a great drive to enhance business processes and improve outcomes for customers, staffs and the businesses.
When asked what is the biggest goal in her new role as the head of customer service, she passionately said: "I'd like to create a service model that ensures every interaction we have with guests and home-owners is of the highest quality and MadeComfy is regarded number one for customer experience within the Property Management Services industry!"
Having had previous startup experience, Namrata is excited to be part of a fast-growing business again; to roll up her sleeves and utilise her ability to work across multiple disciplines to build something great with the team.
